1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The book is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3–7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is in the same condition as delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Books that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or an agreed alternative

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

5. Return Process

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our team

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return cost
  • If not, the customer may be responsible for return shipping

As we deal with vintage and rare books, minor signs of wear may be present. These do not qualify as defects unless they significantly affect usability.
